Wincanton Classic Car Show
The Wincanton Classic Car Show which traditionally takes place over the last weekend in June can trace its origins to Wincanton Race Course where it started in 1989 and stayed for a number of years before moving to the Sports Ground for the last three years. The show has grown from strength to strength and regularly attracts over 400 vehicles and and has become an important event in the classic car shows calender.
The show has normally enjoyed the best of the summer weather although unfortunetly due to very bad weather last year, the event was cancelled due to a water logged site.
